Core Aviation Technical Project Portal

 

This module has been built specifically to meet the needs of Aircraft and Engine Lessors. The module gives Technical Managers visibility on aircraft related events such as transition to new Lessees, repossessions, part outs and sales.

The application is fully integrated into CMS from AerData and on a nightly basis updates electronically from this application.

The system allows technical staff to review all of the aircraft where an event is scheduled within CMS. Technical, Marketing, Finance and Engineering staff can record detailed notes relating to any event within the system. These notes can be reviewed by relevant managers through a single portal. The system can also track and record AOG’s.

Managers have one portal to review all aircraft related events

The Technical Project Portal is updated nightly via an electronic feed from CMS AerData. This feed populates the application with aircraft related events such as redeliveries, repossessions, part outs and sales. These events create a calendar view within the application to allow managers view them across a time basis.

Note types such as technical, engineering, marketing, sales can be configured within the system and attached to any aircraft related event.

Managers have one portal to review all aircraft related events and all associated notes. Technical Managers can view and assign events to members of the Technical Team. Reports can be produced from the system in relation to any aircraft related event. Notes that have been assigned to the event can be included on the report. AOGs can be managed within the application. Asset issues that may cause the delivery of an aircraft to be delayed can be highlighted for particular review within the application.
