Core Aviation Technical Project Budget Cost Control
This module has been built specifically to meet the needs of Aircraft and Engine Lessors. Technical Managers can configure projects within the system to allow costs be charged from both purchase orders and purchase invoices. Project Templates costed at activity level can be setup in the system to handle typical aircraft related events such as repossessions, back to backs, part outs, aircraft sale, repainting etc. Technical Managers have total visibility and spend control on any project setup within the system.
Control cost spending on aircraft and engine related projects
The Technical Project Cost Management module allows Technical Managers to control cost spend on aircraft and engine related projects.
A project can be setup by anybody within the organisation and routed to the Technical Manager for approval.
The project can be created from a pre-existing template. The pre-existing template can contain typical budgeted costs at activity level for each of the deliverables within the project. The Technical Manager can review all project requests and approve or reject them. Once approved costs on both purchase orders and purchase invoices can be assigned against specific activities on any project. Technical Managers can review on a live basis the spend against budget on any individual project at activity level
